When working with a cabinetry company, many times we will provide pricing estimates from a 10×10 kitchen. But what exactly is a 10×10 kitchen layout?

A 10×10 kitchen is a kitchen that is 10ft long from each side. Most companies will use a standard 10×10 layout as a simple way to show cabinet pricing. 

Just remember, when receiving a 10×10 layout, it will not always apply to your kitchen design. Your kitchen might have doors, windows, or cabinets and appliances placed in completely different areas!
